Message Text: John 2:1-11
Four Truths We Must Apply:
1.Obey King Jesus (v.5)
5 His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it.” John 2:5
They could have said we don’t need water
They could have said we don’t want water.
2.Obey King Jesus Completely (v.7)
7 Jesus said to them, “Fill the waterpots with water.” And they filled them up to the brim. John 2:7

3.Obedience Brings more Knowledge of King Jesus (v.9)
9 When the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), John 2:9
Understanding is on the far side of obedience. You don’t obey because you understand. You understand because you obey.
16 Jesus answered, “My teaching is not my own. It comes from the one who sent me. 17 Anyone who chooses to do the will of God will find out whether my teaching comes from God or whether I speak on my own. John 7:17
4.Obey to Believe and Believe to Obey (v.11)
11 This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of Galilee and manifested His glory; and His disciples believed in Him. John 2:11
Coin by definition has 2 sides
