About Me: My name is Robbie Weems, and I am 53 years old.  I grew up in Leeds, Al. I am blessed to have a wonderful wife (Wyndy) that also leads our children’s ministry.  My son (Christian) is 25 and is a Deputy in Houston TX. He has been married to (Evette) for two years and they have a beautiful daughter (Juliana) 7 months. This is our first grandchild. My daughter Olivia is 22 and is getting married to Michael Mills this November.  We are so proud of both of them.

I have been a pastor since 1996.  Wyndy and I have served in churches in Odenville, Al, Tuscaloosa, Al, Trussville, Al, and Carrolton, Ga.  My education is… 

• BA in Christian Ministry (Luther Rice Seminary, Atlanta Ga) 

• MDIV Master of Divinity (Luther Rice Seminary, Atlanta, Ga) 

• MA in Christian Apologetics and Philosophy (New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, La) 

• Certificate of Christian Apologetics (Biola University, La Mirada, CA) 

I enjoy reading, college football, spending time with my family and watching videos of my granddaughter (Little Junebug)!

Favorite Scripture: Claiming a favorite scripture is like claiming your favorite child, but I like Hebrews 11:6  “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.”
